Terms and conditions lessons Daan van der Vliet

Register
You can register via the registration form. This form is available at the location of the lessons and can be downloaded from the website. The class agreement starts after the registration form signed has been submitted to Daan van der Vliet. By submitting the registration form you agree with the general conditions and you undertake the obligation to pay the full course fee. For the registration of children up to the age of 18, the signature of parent or guardian is required. Enrollment is for the duration of an entire academic year or the remainder of it.Treatment of registrations
All registrations will be treated in order of entry. You will receive a confirmation of your registration. After registration, Daan van der Vliet will contact you for making a lesson appointment.Cancellation of a registration
You can cancel a registration free of charge up to four weeks before the start of the course, after that you pay € 25.00 administration costs. The course starts in 2017 in the week of Monday 28 August. We would like to receive your cancellation by mail at gitaarlesinsoest@gmail.com. Your cancellation is accepted when it has been confirmed in writing.Paying the course fee
You can pay the fees due in different ways:
● Payment in one installment.
● Payment in two installments. The first installment must be paid before 1 October and the second installment before 1 March.
● In 10 monthly installments. Payment then takes place before the first of the new month. This is my preference.
● Monthly payment is not possible with inflow during the course year.
● You can transfer the amount to IBAN NL 60 KNAB 0764 4367 16 in the name of Guitar lessons in Soest, Heerde. stating the name of the student and possibly the month in question
NB:
If a payment term expires without the payment in question being received, a reminder fee of € 25.00 will be charged to the reminder. If the payment remains within the time limit set in the notice, then:

Interim termination
In case of premature termination / cancellation you will owe course fees for the remainder of the academic year. Unless otherwise agreed in the form of an offer. During the courses, photos and film shots are regularly taken. These are exclusively used for publicity announcements by Daan van der Vliet and / or the Johann Sebastian Bach School. The teacher informs the students in advance.
